The Program Manager (PM) will support and serve as the senior on-site liaison between our customer, the Coast Guard, and Enlogica. The PM will be responsible for the overall performance, operations and long-term direction of the product support functions, as well as ensure the other contractor positions are meeting Coast Guard targets and objectives. The PM will also be responsible for carrying out all locally required human resource actions. Must have demonstrated knowledge and experience with project management methodologies in order to work with intricate, multifaceted projects, as the PM will be required to provide periodic briefings to Coast Guard management and must promptly alert any performance issues needing Government intervention.
LOCATION:
Kearneysville, West Virginia (contingent upon award of contract)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors’ Degree (Business, IT or similar) or higher
- Minimum of 15 years call center management experience in lieu of degree
- Demonstrate 10 years supervisory, leadership and management experience and direct hands-on computer experience in a Tier 3 application help desk support environment
- Shall have a background in Information Technology/Service Management frameworks and methodologies (ITIL, CMM, ISO, HDI and AGILE)
- Must be a US Citizen, be fluent in the English language, and must have a favorably adjudicated background investigation as defined by the Coast Guard
